Design and Engineering
Solutions are reflected into shop and installation drawings, fabrication cutting data, engineering calculations for all types of attachment systems.
Installation Management
Assisted by Construction Project Manager and full-time on-site Working Foreman.
Surveying and Engineer Field Inspections
Cost Analysis and Scheduling
Complete material, accessories, and labor cost estimate. Create and manage planned Performance Schedule. Develop long-range production schedule, shipping, delivery and installation. Develop installation schedule with start/end dates depicting manpower requirements based on daily piece production.
Submittals and Performance Testing
Perform material testing for each material type as required per specifications and as required for engineering calculations in laboratory certified by American Society for Testing and Materials. Submit results to secure approval of stone selection. Determine realistic color/tonal range and texture for all stone types, and coordinate delivery of sample sets from supplier for submittal to Architect/OBO.
Fabricator Qualification and Selection
Provide QC report of suppliers, facility production including equipment and technical competency. Inspect crating method and ensure fabricators understanding of document protocol required for shipment to site.
